Use the following trick to get Chatot early in the game. First, go to the grass in front of the Valley Wind Works and capture a Buizel. Train it to level 14. Then, go to Eterna City. Go into the building to the right of the Pokemart. There will be a boy at the table closest to the bookshelf. Talk to him and he will ask you to trade him your Buizel for his Chatot. Trade with him and you will get a level 14 Chatot.

Chatot Chatter

If you do some exploring and talking to people, you will eventually encounter someone who says Chatot can learn human words. Once you obtain one (after trading with a girl in an early town) and get it to about level 20, it will learn the move Chatter. Once it learns Chatter, go to your Pokemon menu and select “Chatot”. It will show Chatter along with a summary, switch, etc. Then, press A and record what you want it to say into the DS microphone. Not only will Chatot say what you said whenever you use the move Chatter, but it will become its cry. Note: This is not permanent, so you can change its Chatter as often as desired. Also, the speech will be slightly distorted so it will not sound exactly as you said it. The recorded sound lasts for only one day, so you will have to re-record it.

Chimecho

Chingling will only evolve into Chimecho if it is happy with you and it levels up at night.

Change Deoxys form

If you have a Deoxys and, for example, have speed form but you want attack form, go to Veilstone City. After that walk east, go to a meteorite. Talk to your Deoxys (top speed, middle normal, bottom left attack, bottom right defense) and it will change form.

Dialga/Palkia

You will need Rock Climb, Surf, and Strength to capture Dialga/Palkia. Start out with Fighting or Ground type moves; this will cause twice the damage and reduce its HP a lot. Then, use Water, Normal, Electric, or Flying type moves which only do half the damage. Use this technique to get its HP to the red, then throw Pokeballs at it.

You will encounter a Dialga/Palkia at some point in the game (you can find one at Spear Pillar). If you fail to catch him the first time, visit Sandgem Town. You will find Lucas standing in front of the Pokemon Lab. Check with him regularly, and he will tell you when Dialga/Palkia has reappeared.

Drifloon

To catch Drifloon the balloon Pokemon, go to Valley Windworks on Friday during the day after you have defeated Team Galactic. This can be done multiple times. Drifloon is a Ghost/Flying-type; Drifloon evolves into Drifblim at level 28.

Elekid

Have the Game Boy Advance game Pokemon Fire Red in the cartridge slot and search for Elekid in the Power Plant.

Emuritto

Meet at Trust Lake, then go to Shino and look in the grass. At random, a wild Emuritto will appear.

Eevee

Once you finish your first Pokedex, visit Hearthrome City. Go to Bebe’s house. Her house is next to the Pokemon Center. It also may be a good idea to lower your party of Pokemon to five. She will ask if you want an Eevee that she received from a breeder in the Jhoto region. The Eevee given to you will be at level five.

Eevee evolution

The rocks in the Eterna Forest and on Route 216 (Moss and Ice Covered Rocks) make Eevee evolve into Leafeon and another Pokemon. Take an Eevee in the grass that surrounds the rock, and train it to the next level to make it evolve.

Gengar

Have any Game Boy Advance Pokemon game in the cartridge slot and search for Gengar at the Forest Mansion in the room with the eyes on the wall.

Note: This trick requires another DS and a second Pokemon Diamond or Pearl game. Get the Haunter from the top-left house in Snowpoint City for a Medicham. These are found easily outside Lake Acuity. Then, using both games, trade the Haunter for something else. When you trade, the Haunter will become a Gengar. Trade back and you will have a Gengar.

Growlithe

Have the Game Boy Advance game Pokemon Fire Red in the cartridge slot and search for Gowlithe at Route 201 and Route 202.

Mawile

Have the Game Boy Advance game Pokemon Ruby in the cartridge slot and search for Mawile at Iron Mountain.

Mesprit

Mesprit is found at Lake Verity after battling and capturing Dialga/Palkia.

This trick requires a Staraptor level 55 with Aerial Ace, but Quick attack may work. Walk or swim your way to Mesperit. Do not fly. Save the game once you are close, and have Staraptor out. Use your Staraptor’s Aerial Ace to hit the Mesperit. If it does not, level up solely by battling Magikarp. Do this a few times. If Mesperit dies, turn off the game, and try again. Once you have finally gotten Mesperit’s health to the red bar zone, every time you see him, try one of these: Quick Ball, Great Ball, Dusk Ball (if in a cave and/or night), or Nest Ball. Alternately, use a Master Ball.

Metapod

Have the Game Boy Advance game Pokemon Fire Red in the cartridge slot and search for Metapod at Eterna Forest.

Milotic

To evolve Feebas into a Milotic, raise its Beauty stat for the Pokemon Contests up to nearly full. Use the best Poffins possible that raise Beauty. Then, level it up and it should evolve into Milotic. If it does not, you need to raise its Beauty even more.

Pineco

Have the Game Boy Advance game Pokemon Emerald in the cartridge slot and search for Pineco at Route 203.

Talk to the person with the headband just south of where you enter the route. He will give you the Odd Keystone. Next, go to Route 209 south of Solaceon Town. Place the Odd Keystone in the fissure in the ground that resembles a small volcano, which is actually called the Hallowed Tower. Then, talk to 32 people in the underground. Note: Hikers do not count. However, you can have one friend with the game go into the underground, talk to your friend, go up, then back down 32 times. The Hallowed Tower will now be restored. Go inside to catch a Spiritomb. Pokemon available after National Dex

After getting the National Dex, you can obtain the following Pokemon:

Lickilicky (#463): Catch a Lickitung (they swarm Lake Valor), then get it to level 33 to learn Rollout. You must level Lickitung with the move Rollout learned to get Lickilicky.

Rhyperior (#464): Get a Rhydon by leveling a Rhyhorn (Route 227 and Stark Mountain) or catch Rhydon (Routes 227, 228, and Stark Mountain). Then, trade it while it holds the item Protector. It will evolve into Rhyperior.

Mamoswine (#473): Get a Piloswine from an egg or Swinub that swarms Route 217, and evolve it at level 33 to Piloswine. The only way to get Piloswine with the attack Ancient Power is from an egg. You must level up Piloswine with the Ancient Power move to get Mamoswine.

Porygon-Z (#474): Get a Porygon or Porygon2. Trade Porygon while holding an Up-Grade, then trade Porygon2 while holding a Dubious Disc to get Porygon-Z. Porygon are rare in the Trophy Garden.

Dusknoir (#477): Trade Dusclops (rare with Pokeradar on Route 224) while holding the Reaper Cloth to get Dusknoir. Duskull is found in the same way as Dusclops.

Froslass (#478): Have a female Snorunt (rare with Pokeradar on Routes 216 and 217 and the grass around Lake Acuity). Use the item Dawn Stone to get Froslass.

Rotom (#479): Go to Eterna Forest, and enter the Old Chateau. Find the television that is flashing, and interact with it until it asks you if you want to thwump the television. Do so, and Rotom will apear. There is only one, and it is level 15. Either bring low levels or very high ones, and just use Ultra Balls.

Heatran (#485): After getting the National Dex and defeating the Elite Four, go to Stark Mountain. Go inside the mountain, and travel with Buck. Go to the end of the mountain, and he will take the Magma Stone. Exit the cave, and fly to the Staging Area. Go inside one of the normal houses, and talk to Buck. He will return the stone. Go back to Stark Mountain, and go to where Buck took the Magma Stone. Heatran will be there. It is level 70 and is a Fire-Steel type. Its final move is at level 96.

Regigigas (#486): Import all three Regis (Regice, Regirock, Registeel) from Pokemon Ruby , Sapphire , or Emerald . Have all three in your party, and fly to Snowpoint City. Go into the temple there, and make it to the basement. Regigigas will be waiting there at level 70. It is a Normal-type and very strong, but has one major drawback. Its Slow Start ability cuts its Attack and Speed in half for five turns after each time it is switched into battle. Its final attack is at level 100. For Isgiga Impact, just buy the TM if desired. Go to the Move Tutor, and Regigigas can learn all the punches (Thunder, Fire, Ice, and Mega Punch).

Giratina (#487): After getting the National Dex and defeating the Elite Four, go to the Spring Path off Route 214 that opened up. Go into the cave, and find your way to Giratina. It is a level 70 Ghost-Dragon type with powerful stats and moves. It learns Lucario’s Aura Sphere for its final move at level 90.

Cresselia (#488): Go to Canalave City (post-story), then go into Sailor Eldritch’s house. There will be a boy in a bed and a woman. Talk to both of them, and Sailor Eldritch will ask if you want to sail to Full Moon Island. Do so, then go deep into the island and look at Cresselia. It runs off, and you must use the Marking Map Poketch to find and capture it as if it were Mesprit. It is a level 50 Psychic type and has surprisingly good stats all around for a level 50. It learns three signature moves at levels 66, 75, and 84. Its final move is Psychic at level 99.

Phione (#489): Hatch an egg transferred from Pokemon Ranger . Raise Manaphy, then breed it to get Phione. Phione does not evolve into Manaphy. It is a moderate Pokemon in terms of stats. Rain Dance is its final move at level 69. It learns many typical Water-type moves, being a Water-type.

Manaphy (#490): Hatch it from an egg transferred from Pokemon Ranger . It has less stats but more HP than Phione and is slightly more versatile in terms of moves. Its final move is at level 76, Heart Swap.

Darkrai (#491): Darkrai is only obtained through a hack or a special item from a licensed Nintendo event. Use the item, then sleep in some hotel. You will wake up on an island, and you then can try to catch Darkrai. This Pokemon is extremely powerful. Its ability causes one eighth health damage every turn to sleeping enemies. Its final move is at level 93, Dark Pulse; but its best move is Dark Void. It puts both enemy Pokemon to sleep with 90% accuracy.

Shaymin (#492): Shaymin is only obtained through a hack or a special item from a licensed Nintendo event. Use the item to go to Flower Paradise to find Shaymin. You must capture it there. Shaymin has average stats but is a strong support Pokemon for duo battles. Its final move is Seed Flare at level 100. This is a moderately good Grass-type Pokemon.

Arceus (#493): Arceus is only obtained through a hack or a special item from a licensed Nintendo event. If you get this item, go to Spear Pillar’s Hall Of Origin, and use it. It will produce a staircase. Save the game before you reach the top. Once you reach the top, you must battle. This is one of the highest level legendaries since Pikachu in Pokemon Red . It is either level 80 or 90. It has very good stats and is a Normal-type. Its ability allows it to change type, based on what Plate it is holding. For example, if it holds Dragon Plate, it is a Dragon-type. Its final skill is at 100, Judgment. Judgment’s type is based on what plate you have equipped. It does 100 with 100 ACC and 10 PP.

Catching roaming Legendaries

There are two Pokemon that roam the map in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl . These Pokemon are Mesprit and Cresselia. The following trick is a fairly easy and effective (but a little time-consuming) way to catch them. Note: These Pokemon will appear as “seen” in your Pokedex before they begin roaming, so you will be able to begin tracking them immediately. Also, you must go through certain parts of the story before these Pokemon appear in the wild. First, raise a Pokemon with a high Speed rating and the False Swipe attack to about level 50. Then, use the Marking Map on your Poketch to find the Pokemon, and engage it in battle. Use False Swipe, and assuming your Pokemon was fast enough, the roaming Pokemon will take damage before fleeing the battle. Repeat this until the target is at 1 HP. The target will retain the damage you inflicted on it the next time you see it. Also, save the game after each encounter. Buy some Quick Balls. They have a better chance of capture if they are used early in a battle. Find the Pokemon again. Note: Do not encounter it in an area that has a damaging weather effect, such as the northern blizzard area, as this will cause the Pokemon to faint and you will lose the chance to meet it again. If desired, you can inflict a status problem on it at this point, but do not give it a status effect that will inflict damage like Poison or Burn, as these will also defeat your target. Find the Pokemon and toss a Quick Ball at it. Because it is the first “turn” in battle and the Pokemon is at a very low HP, the Quick Ball has quite a high chance of securing the Pokemon for you. If it was not caught, the worst that can happen is the Pokemon will run away and you must track it again.

Getting all Pokemon

To get all Pokemon without using the Game Boy Advance Pokemon games, Nintendo WiFi is needed. In Jubilife City is a Worldwide Trade Station. Go in and talk to a person at the desk; say “Yes” to everything. You will then be in a strange looking place. You will automatically go to a computer where you can search for a Pokemon you want; however, you must to trade a Pokemon they want for the Pokemon you want.

Easy National Dex Pokemon

Visit Lucas’ or Dawn’s little sister in Sandgem Town. Every day she will tell you where a certain National Dex Pokemon is swarming at a certain route. There is different Pokemon information every day.

Easy experience

Spend your money on any desired item. Then, go to the Pokemon League and keep fighting the Elite Four until you lose. You will have gained, then lost a small amount of money, but your Pokemon might have leveled up. If not, level up. You can buy a lot of Revives and Potions to use to get to the last of the Elite Four and they might just be level up.

Go to any Pokemart, and spend as much money as possible. Then, go to the Elite Four, and fight them. You can win or lose because you do not have much money to give them. However, you must have at least some money with you. Repeat this as many times as desired to gain experience. Note: Do not do this if you are trying to save money.

Use the following trick to train Pokemon without using a Pokecenter. Go to Iron Island. Enter a cave, and look for a lift. Go down, then go to the left exit. You should see a trainer in blue called Riley. He will group with you and make sure all your Pokemon are healed, revived, and that their PP is maxed after each fight. You can leave and get more Pokemon you want to train and he will still be waiting there. By doing this, you will get twice as much experience (by fighting two Pokemon at once) and save a lot of money and time healing. Wild Pokemon are about level 30, so you can only go so far before it takes a long time to reach another level.

Easy wins

This trick requires a Shedinja, a Pokemon that knows Skill Swap, and a Ghost-Dark hybrid, and can only be used in a double battle. Enter the Shedinja, and have the Pokemon that knows Skill swap fight first. Have the Pokemon that knows Skill swap use it on Shedinja. Then, switch Shedinja out with your Ghost-Dark hybrid, and have the Pokemon who knows Skill Swap use it on your Ghost-Dark hybrid. Because no move can deal Super Effective damage to a Ghost-Dark hybrid, using this trick to swap Shedinja’s Wonderguard over to one will make it completely invincible. However, even with Wonderguard, the Ghost-Dark hybrid will only be invulnerable to attacks. This means that special conditions, recoil, etc. will still do damage to it.

Hatching eggs quickly

If you have a Pokemon with the Magma Armor or Flame Body ability in your party, it will cut the hatch time in half.

If you have a Pokemon egg and are waiting for it to hatch, it will hatch after 10,250 steps. The best place to get a lot of steps is in Amity Square. By doing this, you are able to collect something from the Pokemon that you are walking after every 200 steps.

In Solaceon Town, get on the far right side of the path next to the Pokecenter. Then, ride your bike in the fastest gear up and down until you hit a tree or mountain and repeat. You must have done at least 400 steps each “lap” to get an egg to hatch more quickly.

Hatching female Pokemon

If you hatch an egg in Floaroma Town, it will always be a female unless it is a male only or genderless Pokemon, like Magnemite and Tauros.

Evolving Pokemon by trading

An easy way to evolve Pokemon that can only evolve by trading is to use the Global Trade Station (for example, to evolve Pokemon such as Haunter to Gengar, Monchoke to Monchamp, Kadabra to Alakazam, etc.). Fly to Jubilife City, and go to the Global Trade Station. Talk to the woman at the counter, save the game, and enter. Select “Deposit”, then deposit the Pokemon that you wish to evolve. Request a Pokemon that is great such as level 100 female Piplups. Seek a desired Pokemon. Once you have found any Pokemon that you can trade for, trade it. After you have successfully made a trade, go to “Summary”, and take back your Pokemon. As soon as they come back, they will evolve, just like when someone trades them to you. This trick will work on all Pokemon that evolves by trades.

For easy trade evolutions, you need a wireless network or a wireless hotspot. Get the Pokemon that you want to evolve though trade. Fly to Jubilife City, and go to the Global Trade Station. Put up the trading Pokemon to be evolved. Make sure you ask for rare Pokemon. Seek a desired Pokemon. After finding the Pokemon and trading it, go back to the Pokemon you had. Offer to take it back, and it will evolve. For example, offer Scyther with Metal Coat in the Global Trade Station. Go to seek Pokemon, put up Ditto for a Lapras, do this trade, and you now have a Lapras. Go back to the offer Scyther, and take it back. The Scyther should have evolved to a Scizor.

Foreign language Pokemon from trading

If you receive a Pokemon from the Global Trade Station and it is in a foreign language, but does not have a nickname, its name will be changed to the language of you game when it evolves.

Instant defrosting without an item

If you have a Pokemon on the field that is frozen and knows a Fire-type move, use that move. The Pokemon will instantly defrost, and the move will continue as if the Pokemon was never frozen. This trick will not work if the move fails.

Pokeballs

To get free Pokeballs of all types, go to the house to the right of the Pokecenter in Solaceon Town. Catch the type of Pokemon the man requests that day. Show it to him by the time he must run his article. Save the game before you show him the Pokemon. If you do not get the type of Pokeball desired, turn off the game and talk to him again.

Larger Spheres

When you are in the underground and want faster growing Spheres, bury Spheres of the same color in the same spot. They will all become one large Sphere.

More berries

If you want more berries, each time you plant some, water them during each cycle of growth.

Mystery Gift

Go to Jubilife City, then enter the television station. Talk to anyone you see. If you find the person, enter “EVERYBODY HAPPY”; enter “WI-FI CONNECTION” for the WiFi people. You can get Pokemon such as Arceus, Shaymin, and Darakai. Note: You must have a WiFi or DS wireless link cable.

Go to Jubilife City, then enter the television station. Go to the third floor, and look for a boy and girl standing next to each other. Talk to the boy and say “EVERYONE HAPPY” and “WI-FI CONNECTION”, and he will enable the mystery gift.

Hidden Box Wallpaper

Go to Jubilife City and see the TV producer on the third floor of the TV Station. Tell him certain words when he asks you for your feedback on TV. Use this page to generate these words. This will enable a special Box Wallpaper in your game.

Special items

Catch a Pokemon that knows the Trick move, then go to a Pokemon such as Bidoof or Starly. The Pokemon that knows the move Trick must have an item. Then, use the move Trick on the Pokemon to sometimes get a rare item.

Icicle Plate

Go to the route between Mt. Coronet and Snowpoint City. Go where the hail gets stronger and faster, and look for two houses. In one, there will be a hiker who says that he lost his HM Rock Climb. The HM is right outside of his house. Once you have it, see the hiker again. He will give you both the HM and the Icicle Plate.

Duplicate items

This trick requires a Pokemon that knows “Thief” and a Ditto. Enter a double battle with a Ditto without an item and a Pokemon holding the item you want to duplicate. Make Ditto transform into the Pokemon holding the item. Switch the Pokemon holding the item with the Pokemon that knows Thief. Use Thief on Ditto, then win the Pokemon battle. The Thief Pokemon will now have a duplicate of the item.

Traps and Spheres duplication

Note: This trick requires two Nintendo DS systems. While underground, get some Traps or Spheres, then go to the surface and save the game. Go back down, and set your Trap or Sphere anywhere, then set the other person to COM and take the Trap or Sphere. Turn your game off, but leave the other person’s game on and save it. Both people should now have the same Trap or Sphere.

Turnback Cave

Turnback Cave can only be found after getting the National Dex. Turnback Cave is located in Spring Path (the fourth and secret lake of Sinnoh), in Route 214. You can find the legendary Ghost/Dragon type Pokemon Giratina here. Unlike its Japanese version, Turnback Cave is actually a random generated maze, in which there are square-shaped rooms with four doors, one on each side, along with some rocks. Every time you enter a room, it is practically impossible to turn back to it (hence the name). There are special rooms with pillars. The goal is to pass through three of these pillars located randomly every time you enter into another room before entering into a total of thirty rooms. If you are lucky enough to pass through three of these pillars, you will find a room with a huge pillar and a wild Giratina standing in front of it in the center. Note: Be careful; it is level 70. Once you catch/defeat it, take any door from the room. It will lead you to the main room, in which you have the option of leaving the cave through the door at the south in front of the stone tablet, or to try to generate the map again to get to the room in which Giratina was found. Though Giratina will not appear again, there are rare items you can get from the room. Depending on this criteria, you get a certain item or event:

Cross through three pillar rooms and not any other room: Reaper’s Cloth (used to evolve Dusclops into Dusknoir).

Cross through three pillar rooms and any other room: Rare Bone (can be sold in the Pokemart for as much as a Nugget).

Cross through thirty rooms in total without crossing through three pillar rooms: Get to the starting room.

Inside Turnback Cave, you can randomly find Pokemon between level 40 and 60.

Tricking the clock

Because the in-game clock is in sync with your Nintendo DS and since certain events only happen every once in a while, you can simply adjust your DS clock. For example, the guard in the Pokemon Mansion is guarding the Bronze Statue around the clock, but he takes a break between 2 and 5 a.m. Just adjust your clock to that time and he will be gone. You can also do this to speed up berry production by jumping a few days back and forth. Note: When you move the clock forwards or backwards, you cannot migrate for 24 hours after trying to migrate, even if you set the clock back.

Polishing your Badges

Open your Trainer card menu, then open your badge case. Rub the stylus over the badges that you have won from the gym leaders; they will become shiny after a good polishing. Also, each badge makes a different noise, allowing you to play them like an instrument.

Trainer card ranks

Successfully complete any of the following tasks in any order to earn a star and change the color of your trainer card, as indicated below: Defeat the Elite Four; win all of the Master Rank Contests, successfully complete the Underground Flag mini-game with friends, capture 482 different Pokemon; or win 100 times in a row at the Battle Tower.

    Blue Trainer Card (one star)
    Bronze Trainer Card (two stars)
    Silver Trainer Card (three stars)
    Gold Trainer Card (four stars)
    Black Trainer Card (five stars)

Tag mini-game

While in the Union room, you can play a game of tag with anyone in there at the moment.

Create an attire

This trick requires the National Dex. Go to Canalave City. Talk to Sailor Eldrich, then say “No” to his offer. Fly home (Twinleaf), and save the game. Turn off the DS. When you continue the game, it will start with a quiz (like the interviews). Select a word and choose “Confirm”. Your character should look like the selected word. For example, using the word “AIPOM” will result in your character dressed in an “Aipom suit”. The trainer card now shows the sprite in an Aipom suit. Recommended words are CHARIZARD, BATTLE, ARCEUS, and LINK.

Microphone cures

You can say certain things into the microphone to cure your Pokemon of various statuses. You can cure Sleep by saying “Wake up!” a few times and Confusion by saying “Snap!”.

Calculator sound

Use the calculator on the Poketch. If you get an answer to a problem, it will make a sound corresponding to the number/Pokemon in the Pokedex, but only if you have seen that Pokemon.

Training weak Pokemon

This trick is more effective at the beginning of game, especially when you have to get your first two badges. First, catch a Kricketot, and train it by using Bide. After awhile, it will evolve into a Kricketune. It will now learn new moves. Use the same trick with Machop. It will also learn Bide. These Pokemons are helpful when they are stronger, especially when you face the second Gym leader (when you have chosen Piplup in the beginning).

Transferring Pokemon

When you transfer Pokemon from Pokemon Ruby , Sapphire , Fire Red , Leaf Green , or Emerald , they can never go back to their original game. Do not transfer every Pokemon in the boxes you see. Make sure you leave at least some Pokemon with high levels and medium levels so you can still catch the strong Pokemon such as legendaries.

Slow cry

When you listen to a Pokemon’s cry on your Pokedex, the bottom of the Pokeball with the lines can be tapped to slow down the cry sound.

Mario reference

Slow down the cry of some Pokemon in the Sinnoh Dex (for example, Starly) to hear a familiar sound from Mario.

Strange areas

Get on your bike, and turn on the fast gear. Go to any town or route. If you are in a town like Solaceon Town, go to the very top of the city. While riding all the way down through the city, rapidly press Left and Right. Your character should appear to be spinning while moving forward. If done correctly throughout the whole ride, the next route you are heading towards will be glitched with either an invisible wall, a white void, or a black void; your game may crash. Sometimes the void may be walkable. You can use this glitch to find new ways to capture the event pokemon Darkrai and Shaymin without the events.

Underground warning

If someone is in your Secret Base and you are about to go back up to the surface, tell them first. If you go back up to the surface when someone else is in your Secret Base, it will take them back to the menu of the game, and they will lose all of their progress.

Phantom character

Go to Jubilife TV, and do the steps to get a picture of your Pokemon. You must approach the photographer from the left or right side. If from the left, when asked to choose a Pokemon, press Left or Up. If from the right, press Right.

Phantom communication

While in the Union Room, stand where your friend spawns. When he or she enters the room, it will not notify you or show them, but on their DS it will show you and it will have a notice. When your friend communicates with you, it will say that your friend wants to talk, but on your DS you are the only one in the room.

Make it rain in Solaceon Town

Go to Solaceon Town. Get on your bike, and ride it at its fastest speed to route 210. Go to where it rains. Go a little bit in it, then ride into Solaceon Town; it will look like it is raining.
