When we played Resident Evil 4 last winter on the GameCube many of us said "We've got the game of the year right here....and it's only January". Little did we know that we were right on the money. Consider for a moment that this was last January and a year later we're still remembering how incredible it was to play for the first time. That's saying a lot when you take into account we've played a full 365 days of new games since then. We're not trying to take anything from the PS2 version either - that version is just as worthy and also deserves the Best of 2005 award. Capcom really outdid themselves and proved they weren't afraid to teach an old zombie some incredible new tricks. We can't wait to see what's in store for RE5.
