Do you know the most famous cheat code of all time? Prove it by buying this shirt. No really, that's it. It's a shirt with the Konami Code on it. That's cool enough by itself.
The moves in order: Medium Kick, Light Shoryuken, Shinkuu Hadoken, Mozart's Symphony #40 in G Minor. I actually tried to pull off this combo in Street Fighter, but I had no idea how to interpret the blue buttons.
Graph humor is probably the nerdiest humor around. It's also some of the easiest and quickest humor to get, which makes it perfect for T-shirts. Since this Pac-Man pie chart, in my opinion, is the best graph joke around, it's obviously the best one to go on a T-shirt.
Yet another actually functional T-Shirt, the animated Pong shirt features a rousing game of Pong in progress. The only way to possibly make this better would be to add actual controls to play the game yourself. Instead, you'll just have to settle for imagining some sort of epic Pong championship playing out across your chest.
This is easily my favorite gaming t-shirt of all time, and it's one that I actually own and wear quite a bit. Does anyone get it? It's time to lay some education on you.
"The Treachery of Images" was originally painted in 1928 by Belgian artist René Magritte. It is a simple painting of a pipe with the phrase "Ceci n'est pas une pipe" printed below it. This is French for "This is not a pipe." The explanation is that the painting is not a pipe, but rather a representation of a pipe. It broke the fourth wall, so to speak, and drew the audience's attention to the fact that the painting itself is "lying" to you, showing something that is not really there. It was an extremely influential painting in regards to symbolism and realism.
And this t-shirt is doing the same with a Mario pipe. So basically it's a shirt that shows you know your art and videogames at the same time.
But then again, I just explained it to you, so I've kind of defeated the point.
