Complete current night

While playing the game, hold C + D and press [Keypad Plus] to immediately advance to the clock ticking victory screen.

The Bite Of '87 (1987 mode)

Successfully complete Night 6 to unlock Night 7 (Custom Night). You can change the AI levels of the Animatronics. Set the AI levels to "1/9/8/7" to enable 1987 mode.

Night 6

Successfully complete Night 5 to unlock Night 6.

Custom Night

Successfully complete Night 6 to unlock Custom Night.

Main menu gold stars

Successfully complete the indicated task to have the corresponding gold star appear at the main menu:

    First star: Successfully complete Night 5.
    Second star: Successfully complete Night 6.
    Third star: Successfully complete the Custom Night with every A.I. level set to 20.

Golden Freddy

The Golden Freddy is a hidden fifth animatronic that can be summoned on any night. However, it happens most often on Night 1 and rarely on Night 3. To do so, watch the poster on CAM28 (West Hall Corner next to your office). It usually is a poster of normal Freddy with a microphone saying "Celebrate!" Keep hanging from that camera to another one until that poster changes to a close up of Golden Freddy's face. Close your laptop before you switch to another camera, and Golden Freddy will appear in your office. He will kill you and crash the game. However, the game will not crash if this happens on Night 3. You can also try to escape Golden Freddy. Once you see him, put the camera back up to make him go away. Alternately, successfully complete secret Night 6, and go to the Level Editor on Night 7. Set the AI levels to 1/9/8/7 (which corresponds to the date of when The Bite Of '87 incident occurred). Press "Start" to get a scare by Golden Freddy.

Freddy's party nose

Go to your office on any night. Without checking the cameras, select Freddy's nose on the poster in your office to hear the sound of a birthday noisemaker.

Audio cues

Play with headphones to hear directional cues better and tell which direction creatures are approaching from.

Saving power

Each in-game hour lasts 86 seconds in real time. During this time, power will constantly drain. Make sure to not use too much of it. You can use the camera often, but only for quick glances in each room. Save as much power at the start, as the animatronics will take some time to reach you. At this point, focus only on cameras 1A and 1C to determine when a creature makes a move, as well as to monitor Foxy, the fourth creature. Try having at least 50% power at 3 a.m.

Camera 6, the kitchen camera, is less useful than the others because it is audio-only and only allows you to hear creatures wandering through that area. Save power by not checking this camera.

Even if you run out of power, the clock continues to progress. It is still possible to complete a night with no power. Freddy usually takes a longer amount of time to move in for the kill if you remain still after the lights go out. Do not touch anything, and maybe you will be able to reach 6 a.m. before Freddy's song ends.

Bonnie and Chica

Bonnie and Chica almost always appear on a certain side; Bonnie on the left, Chica on the right. Chica moves at a steady rate towards you. If you see them on the cameras covering on the right side, be careful as they will appear in the doorway soon. Bonnie tends to move more randomly. Seeing them in the left side cameras may not mean anything more than she is moving. Toggle the left light on and off at intervals to see if she is there. If so, hit the button to keep the door shut for a while. You can get a clue when Chica is on the right as you can see them through the window, but it is also possible to see Bonnie's shadow on the left if you look carefully.

Foxy

Foxy does not wander and remains in Pirate Cove. Use camera 1C to watch him. The more frequently his head pops out, the closer he is to attacking you. Foxy does not like being watched too much, but you also cannot ignore him. When you hear running footsteps suddenly coming from the left channel, it means Foxy is running and the left door should be shut immediately. If you see a sign reading "IT'S ME!" on camera 1C, drop out of the camera view, and shut the left door. Foxy always appears on the left side.

Freddy

Freddy is difficult to see and has a route that wanders. Watching him on camera will slow his movements. His threat is larger later in the week. Since he darkens the rooms, look for his eyes, which glow. Freddy can break through locked doors.

Completing any night

While playing any night, you do not need to check all the cameras. Only check on Foxy frequently, and close the laptop. Check the light on one door, shut it off, and do the same thing with the other one. Do this four times, then check on Foxy again. Do this as quickly as possible, then do the doors again. If Foxy peeks his head out, just keep going. If Foxy is laying on the floor, check on it more than normal. By doing it a little more than before, if Foxy's curtains are fully opened and it is not there, do not bother to check the hall, as you will not have time for the door. If Foxy is not in the room and the curtains are open, immediately close the left door and check your right light. If Chica is not there, shut it off, then look at the left hall. You will see Foxy running, but you should already have the door closed. You will hear some banging on that door. Check your right, then the left, because of Bonny. If she is not there, open the door. Check on Foxy, and it will be back there. Continue as usual. If one appears, close the door.
