Anti gravity domination: Achieve 5 stars on every level in the fifth world.

Broken joystick I: On Depression, achieve 5 stars without moving vertically.
Broken joystick II: On Hate, achieve 5 stars without moving vertically.
Burned: Complete the fourth world on hardcore difficulty.

Keeping cool II: On Spite, achieve at least 2 stars without the heat meter rising above 50%.

Keeping cool IV: On Vengeance, complete the long run and jumping section without the heat meter rising above 50%, and collecting the secret.

Minimalist I: On Despair, complete the level by switching no more than 30 times.
