Cheat mode

Enter one of the following codes at the “Extras” menu to activate the corresponding cheat function:

Elrond (2nd Age)

Get a 100% game completion to unlock Elrond (2nd Age).

Newborn Uruk-Hai

Get a 100% game completion to unlock Newborn Uruk-Hai.

Easy studs collection

To make collecting studs easier, jump on top of destructible items, then attack. The studs will funnel into your total without spreading out.

Assassin’s Creed series reference

Jump down from Weathertop to hear the “Leap Of Faith” sound from the Assassin’s Creed series.

Easy “We Cannot Linger” achievement

After you have completed “The Mines Of Moria” mission, you will have the option to replay it in Story mode or Free Play mode. Play “The Mines Of Moria” mission again in Story mode, and after a minute or two of playtime, pause the game, select “Quit To Middle Earth”, and choose to “Save And Continue”. You should get the “We Cannot Linger” achievement without actually having to play the entire mission and complete it in under 15 minutes. Note: This same method can also be used to get the “I’m Glad To Be With You.” achievement.

Steam achievements

Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding achievement. To view your achievements and stats in Steam, select “Community”, “My profile”, “View all my games”, then the game and view stats.

Let’s hunt some Orc!: Complete ‘Amon Hen’.
My Precious…: Collect all the Mithril Bricks. (Single Player Only)
Naughty little fly…: Complete ‘The Secret Stairs’.
Not with 10,000 men…: Unlock all characters. (Single Player Only)

Our only wish to catch a fish!: Fish perfectly 20 times by pressing the icon as it flashes.
Pointy-eared Elvish princeling.: Defeat 42 Uruk-hai as Legolas.
Ready for another adventure.: Achieve True Adventurer in every level. (Single Player Only)
Return of the Mushroom King.: Equip Aragorn with the Mushroom Crown.
Safe is where I’ll keep you.: Complete ‘Track Hobbits’.
Soft and quick as shadows…: Complete ‘The Dead Marshes’.
Stinking creatures…: Complete ‘Warg Attack’.
Taking the Hobbits to Isengard.: Travel to Isengard as every playable Hobbit.
That is a rare gift.: Reach the top of Amon Hen without being caught once by Boromir. (Single Player Only)
That is no trinket you carry.: Complete ‘Weathertop’.
That one counts as mine!: Finish one of Gimli’s opponents as Legolas in ‘Helm’s Deep’.
That still only counts as one!: Defeat an Oliphaunt as Legolas.
