Cheat mode
Successfully complete the tutorial, then enter one of the following codes at the main menu to activate the corresponding cheat function:
- Iron Spider costume
At the main menu, press Up, Right(3), Left(3), Down, Up to unlock the Iron Spider costume.
Negative Zone costume
At the main menu, press Left, Right(2), Down, Right, Down, Up, Left to unlock the Negative Zone costume for use in Noir levels.
Scarlet-Spider costume
At the main menu, press Right, Up, Left, Right, Up, Left, Right, Up, Left, Right to unlock the Scarlet-Spider costume.
Hidden Spiders locations
Search the indicated locations to find all the hidden Spiders:

Upside down pose
While playing the game, hold [Web Swing] and remain idle, and Spider-Man will flip upside down.
Avoiding false Funhouse doors
When in Noir’s level with the Goblin, you must web pull doors. Look carefully at the eyes on the doors. The correct doors have an eye that moves from side to side. If the eye moves up and down, it is the wrong door.
Defeating Shielded Officers
While playing as Ultimate Spider-Man (black suit), there is an easier way to defeat shielded opponents then trying to get behind them. Switch to Rage mode when the light blue meter is full, and you will be able to defeat shielded opponents by attacking them head-on.
Hidden dialogue
Pause the game during the Dead Pools level to hear Deadpool make various funny comments.

Trophies
Successfully complete one of the following tasks to get a trophy:
- Easy as pie! (Bronze): Complete all levels on Easy.
- Lead on, M-Dubs! (Bronze): Complete the Tutorial.
- End of Act 1 (Bronze): Complete Act 1 on any difficulty level.
- End of Act 2 (Bronze): Complete Act 2 on any difficulty level.
- End of Act 3 (Bronze): Complete Act 3 on any difficulty level.
- Getting warmed up (Bronze): Defeat 100 enemies.
- Bug collector (Bronze): Collect the Hidden Spiders.
- The complete package (Bronze): Unlock all Character Upgrades.
- Smooth moves (Bronze): Unlock all Combat Upgrades.
- Uncle Benjamin (Bronze): Execute a 100-hit combo.
- Two hundo (Bronze): Execute a 200-hit combo.
- Missed me! (Bronze): Defeat a boss on any difficulty level without taking damage.
- Close call! (Bronze): Recover 10 times from a Critical Fall.
- Amazing! (Bronze): Complete 4 levels with the highrest rank in Hard mode.
- Hobbyist (Bronze): Collect 125 Spider Emblems.
- The Spider’s shadow (Bronze): Complete a Noir level without triggering an alarm.
- The Spider’s bite (Bronze): Keep Rage Mode active for one minute.
- The Spider’s grace (Bronze): Complete a 2099 freefall section without taking damage.
- The Spider’s web (Bronze): Defeat 50 enemies using the Amazing Charge Attack.
- Is this normal? (Silver): Complete all levels on Normal.
- In the zone (Silver): Defeat 500 enemies.
- Ain’t no stoppin’! (Silver): Defeat 1000 enemies.
- Sensational!! (Silver): Complete 8 levels with the highest rank in Hard Mode.
- Enthusiast (Silver): Collect 250 Spider Eblems.
- Hard Pressed (Gold): Complete all levels on Hard.
- Manifest Destiny (Gold): Complete the Web of Destiny.
- Spectacular!!! (Gold): Complete 12 levels with the highest rank in Hard mode.
- Fanatic (Gold): Collect 500 Spider Emblems.
- Does whatever a spider can! (Platinum): Unlock all 42 trophies to earn this.
Additionally, there are 14 secret trophies:
- Survival of the fittest (Bronze): Defeat Kraven on any difficulty level.
- Something CAN stop Juggernaut! (Bronze): Defeat Juggernaut on any difficulty level.
- Here’s mud in your eye! (Bronze): Defeat Sandman on any difficulty level.
- Now there’s a shock (Bronze): Defeat Electro on any difficulty level.
- Canceled! (Bronze): Defeat Deadpool on any difficulty level.
- Minimized Carnage (Bronze): Defeat Carnage on any difficulty level.
- Clipped wings (Bronze): Defeat Hobgoblin on any difficulty level.
- Took the sting out of him (Bronze): Defeat Scorpion on any difficulty level.
- Lay down your arms (Bronze): Defeat Doc Ock on any difficulty level.
- The caged bird squawks (Bronze): Defeat Vulture on any difficulty level.
- The hammer falls (Bronze): Defeat Hammerhead on any difficulty level.
- Circus freak (Bronze): Defeat Goblin on any difficulty level.
- Final curtain call (Gold): Defeat Mysterio on any difficulty level.
- No harm done (Silver): Complete any level without dying (except the Tutorial).
