    Upper-Body Strength (25 points): Complete 100 push-ups in Single Exercise, Circuits or Adventure mode.
    Ups and Downs (15 points): Complete 50 push-ups in Single Exercise, Circuits or Adventure mode.
    Weekly challenge (50 points): Work out for 7 consecutive days.
    High Five (30 points): Work out for 5 consecutive days.
    Stretch It Out (10 points): Complete a warm-up sequence in Circuits or Adventure mode.
    Jump For the Stars (25 points): Complete 100 power jumps in Single Exercise, Circuits or Adventure mode.
    Energized! (25 points): Complete 100 jumping jacks in Single Exercise, Circuits or Adventure mode.
    Combat Veteran (20 points): Complete all Squat Round Kicks, Boxing Elbow combos and Boxing Punch Combos in Single Exercise mode.
    Abdominator (75 points): Complete 500 crunches in Single Exercise, Circuits or Adventure mode.
    Push-up Master (20 points): Complete regular, traveling and close push-ups in Single Exercise mode.
    Cardio Champion (20 points): Complete jumping jacks, squat jacks, high knees and butt kicks in Single Exercise mode.
    Core Crusher (20 points): Complete crunches, obliques, boat pose, and one-leg scissor crunches in Single Exercise mode.
    Totally Armed (20 points): Complete squat press, hammer curl, close push-up, and push-up in Single Exercise mode.
    Plyo Prize (20 points): Complete power jumps, jump squats, split press and skaters in Single Exercise mode.
    As Days Go By (5 points): Player must check their work out progress in the Fitness Calendar.
    Checking the Ranks (5 points): Access the Leaderboards from Stats or Adventure results.
    All aboard! (10 points): Complete 1 custom training circuit in Circuits mode.
    Keep the Train Rollin� (50 points): Complete 10 custom training circuits in Circuits mode.
    Personal Trainer (5 points): Create a custom training circuit in Circuits mode.
    Third Times a Charm (15 points): Work out for 3 consecutive days.
    Follow the Leader (15 points): Complete a Jillian created training circuit in Circuits mode.

    Journey Begins Here (10 points): Complete 1 circuit in Fitness Adventure mode.
    No Turning Back (30 points): Complete 15 circuit in Fitness Adventure mode.
    Almost There! (70 points): Complete 35 circuits in Fitness Adventure mode.
    Mission Complete (175 points): Complete all circuits in Fitness Adventure mode.
    Try, Try Again (60 points): Complete all exercises in Single Exercise mode.
    Carry Your Weight (15 points): Complete all 15 exercises that use dumbbells in Single Exercise mode.
    First Date (5 points): Access the Fitness Calendar from Stats.
    Strength and Balance (30 points): Complete 150 forward lunges in Single Exercise, Circuits or Adventure mode.
