Retro City Rampage Cheat mode

Enter one of the following codes while playing the game to activate the corresponding cheat function. Note: These codes will disable the ability to save the game.

    Level select

    While playing the game, press Y(2), A, Y(2), A, Y(2), A, B(2) to unlock all stages.

    All secret characters

    While playing the game, press Up(3), Left, Right, RB, B, RB, B, RB to unlock all secret characters.

    All styles

    While playing the game, press Left(2), Right(2), Up, Down, Up, Down, A, B to unlock all styles.

    All weapons

    While playing the game, press Up(2), Down(2), Left, Right, Left, Right, A, B to unlock all weapons.

    $100,000

    While playing the game, press Left, Right, Left, Right, Up(2), Down(2), RB, B for an extra $100,000.

    Lose police

    While playing the game, press Up(2), Down(2), RB, B, RB, B, A.

    Gawd mode

    While playing the game, press Up(2), Left, Right, Left, Right, Down(2), RB, A to enabled Gawd mode. To disable Gawd mode, press Down(2), Left, Right, Left, Right, Up(2), RB, A while playing the game.

    Red Sweat mode

    While playing the game, press A, B, A, Y, A, B(2).

    Speed Shoes

    While playing the game, press Right(2), Up, Down, Left(2), Up, Down, RB, A.

    Super Stomp

    While playing the game, press Left(2), Up, Down, Right(2), Up, Down, RB, A.

Face skins

Travel to MJ’s Face-R-Us, then enter one of the following coupon codes to unlock the corresponding character:

    Play as Anthony Carboni

    Enter ” CARBONI ” as a code to unlock Anthony Carboni.

    Play as Chris Hoffman and Dan Adelman

    Enter ” POWER ” as a code to unlock Chris Hoffman and Dan Adelman.

    Play as Destructoid staff

    Enter ” DTOID ” as a code to unlock the Destructoid staff.

    Play as Electric Playground television hosts

    Enter ” ELECPLAY ” as a code to unlock the Electric Playground television hosts.

    Play as Epic Meal Time

    Enter ” EMT ” as a code to unlock Epic Meal Time.

    Play as Gaijin (Bit.Trip) staff

    Enter ” GAIJIN ” as a code to unlock the Gaijin (Bit.Trip) staff.

    Play as Maxime’s friends (RCR game artist)

    Enter ” MAXIMEAMIS ” as a code to unlock Maxime’s friends (RCR game artist).

    Play as Mojang (Minecraft) staff

    Enter ” MOJANG ” as a code to unlock the Mojang (Minecraft) staff.

    Play as PJ Fresh Phil from YTV

    Enter ” PJFP ” as a code to unlock PJ Fresh Phil from YTV.

    Play as Polytron

    Enter ” POLYTRON ” as a code to unlock Polytron.

    Play as Team Meat (Super Meat Boy) staff

    Enter ” TEAMMEAT ” as a code to unlock the Team Meat (Super Meat Boy) staff.

Bonus Free Roam characters

Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding character in Free Roam mode:

    Commander Video: Successfully complete the Bit.Trip arcade game, and collect all gold.
    Meat Boy: Successfully complete the Meat Boy arcade game, and collect all bandages.
    Mr. Destructoid: Defeat Dr. Von Buttnick at the Mr. Destructoid Robot Factory.
    Ms. Bates: Defeat Ms. Bates.
    Steve from Minecraft: Jump into the pipe in the Gated Community Zone.
    Sweat Bomber: Successfully complete the Sweat Bomber mini-game without giving up.

Light Gun

Successfully complete Story mode to find the Light Gun at Doc Choc’s house. To get more ammunition for it, enter and exit the house.

Turbo mode

Successfully complete Story mode to unlock Turbo mode.

Avatar Awards

Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding Avatar Award:

    Manly Mullet: Successfully complete all Slaughter Spree Arcade Challenges with gold medal scores.
    Pixel Pants and Pumps: Successfully complete Story mode.
    Pleather Pixel Jacket: Play Story mode for a bit to win it, buy the full game to keep it.

Achievements

Accomplish the indicated achievement to get the corresponding number of Gamerscore points:

    Broken Chain (25 points): Reach a 99X chain multiplier.
    Eco-friendly Fire (10 points): Hit 4 people with a single shotgun blast.
    8-Blow (15 points): Blow up 8 vehicles in 8 seconds.
    Rocky Road Tire Crunch (15 points): Hit 25 pedestrians in a row with your car without stopping.
    Pixel Me Rollin’ (10 points): Drive 65,536 pixels.
    Bike Bounce (10 points): Knock a pedestrian off a bike to ricochet another off their bike.
    Three Flings (10 points): Knock down two pedestrians with a third using the BioClaw.
    8-bit Hydrant Overflow (30 points): Put 256 people on fire within a single life.
    Dance Player, Dance! (30 points): Avoid the cops at maximum threat level for 1 minute on foot, without taking damage.
    Daily Grind (30 points): Find all hidden loot bags, payphones and invisible walls.
    The Cosplayer (25 points): Dress up as one of the guest stars.
    Big Money! (10 points): Match all cards in a single round of the casino game at the Spades To Steal Casino.
    You Broke The Law! (5 points): Raise your threat level causing police to chase you.
    Killabunga! (5 points): Kill four green sewer dwellers.
    Feeling Groggy (10 points): Get “sick” on “milk”.
    Master of Your Domain (10 points): Dethrone GLC’s high score.
    Death Cam, No Death (50 points): Beat Death Cam VHS without dying.
    Tool Time (30 points): Collect all 7 time machine parts.
    Super Turbo Beat Down (50 points): Beat Turbo Story Mode.
    A Winner Is You! (20 points): Get gold medal scores in all sprees.
