Successfully complete one of the following tasks to get a trophy:
- True Warrior of the 3 Kingdoms (Platinum): Obtain all of the trophies in the game.
- Ultimate Warrior (Gold): Complete all Xtreme Legends stages on Ultimate difficulty.
- Total Unifier (Gold): Unite all the lands in Ambition Mode.
- Ultimate Rating (Gold): Earn an evaluation of A in all Xtreme Legends stages.
- Martial Arts Master (Silver): Rank number 1 in all Challenge Mode courses.
- Musou Collector (Silver): Open “Weapons” in the gallery, after obtaining all secondary special weapons.
- Subjugator (Silver): Get a subjugation rate of 100% in an area during a campaign in Ambition Mode.
- Goal Getter (Silver): Complete all goals in the Xtreme Legends stages.
- Crossroads (Silver): Complete all hypotheticals in the Xtreme Legends stages.
- Victory Call (Silver): Complete all Xtreme Legends stages.
- Golden Dream (Silver): Earn a total of 100,000 gold.
- Carnage (Silver): Earn a total of 100,000 K.O.s.
- Xtreme Speed (Silver): Earn a subjugation rate of 100% in under two battles in an Ambition Mode campaign.
- Seasoned Veteran (Silver): Raise an officer to the highest level.
- Famous Commander (Silver): Raise an officer to the highest leadership level.
- New Friends (Bronze): Complete a stage with all five of the new Xtreme Legends characters.
- Story Buff (Bronze): Watch all Xtreme Legends conversation events.
- Rampage Master (Bronze): Rank number 1 in Rampage Challenge Mode.
- Bridge Melee Master (Bronze): Rank number 1 in Bridge Melee Challenge Mode.
- Speed Run Master (Bronze): Rank number 1 in Speed Run Challenge Mode.
- Arena Master (Bronze): Rank number 1 in Arena Challenge Mode.
- Inferno Master (Bronze): Rank number 1 in Inferno Challenge Mode.
- War Trident Expert (Bronze): Open the Equip Skills screen after learning the War Trident skill.
- Flame Bow Expert (Bronze): Open the Equip Skills screen after learning the Flame Bow skill.
- Woven Cloth Expert (Bronze): Open the Equip Skills screen after learning the Woven Cloth skill.
- Art of War Scroll Expert (Bronze): Open the Equip Skills screen after learning the Art of War Scroll skill.
- Crossed Pike Expert (Bronze): Open the Equip Skills screen after learning the Crossed Pike skill.
- Highest Rating (Bronze): Earn an evaluation of A in a stage in Free Mode.
- Total Subjugation (Bronze): Get a subjugation rate of 100% in a battlefield during a campaign in Ambition Mode.
- Total Victory (Bronze): Win a campaign in Ambition Mode with a subjugation rate of 100%.
- Battle Pro (Bronze): Do not allow a single unit to be defeated during a campaign in Ambition Mode.
- Expedient Leader (Bronze): Complete Ambition Mode with at least 14 minutes left.
- First Fusion (Bronze): Perform a weapon fusion for the first time.
- First Fortification (Bronze): Strengthen a bodyguard for the first time.
- First Skill (Bronze): Instruct a bodyguard to use a battle skill for the first time.
- Skill Specialist (Bronze): Use every type of battle skill.
- Movie Maven (Bronze): Unlock all Xtreme Legends movies.
- Event Aficionado (Bronze): Open “Events” in the gallery after unlocking all Xtreme Legends events.
- Wallpaper Compiler (Bronze): Open “Wallpaper” in the gallery after unlocking all Xtreme Legends wallpapers.
- Attack Ace (Bronze): Defeat an enemy officer using EX Attacks 1 and 2 in a single battle.
- Mighty Warrior (Bronze): Defeat 1,000 enemies in a single battle on Ultimate difficulty.
- Lightning Speed (Bronze): Complete a stage within 2 minutes on Ultimate difficulty.
- Matchless Warrior (Bronze): Complete a stage other than the Tutorial without taking damage on Ultimate difficulty.
Additionally, there is one secret trophy:
- War God (Silver): Watch Lu Bu’s story endings (historical and hypothetical).
