Successfully complete one of the following tasks to get a trophy:

End of Chapter 1 (Bronze): Complete Chapter 1.
End of Chapter 2 (Bronze): Complete Chapter 2.
End of Chapter 3 (Bronze): Complete Chapter 3.
End of Chapter 4 (Bronze): Complete Chapter 4.
End of Chapter 5 (Bronze): Complete Chapter 5.
End of Chapter 6 (Bronze): Complete Chapter 6.
End of Chapter 7 (Bronze): Complete Chapter 7.
End of Chapter 8 (Bronze): Complete Chapter 8.

Additionally, there are four secret trophies:

Rainbow’s End (Gold): Collect all the memories.
Twin Shadows (Silver): Collect 20 memories.
Lost in the Rain (Silver): Collect 10 memories.
The Two and the Town (Silver): Catch up with the girl, and begin working together with her.
