Famitsu Magazine of Japan revealed that Taito will release a sequel to the successful Space Invaders Extreme. Named Space Invaders Extreme 2, the sequel will boast new gameplay features, more score attack options, and even better visuals. However, there is no information as to whether the game will release for both the DS and PSP, though we assume it will. Japan will get the first taste of the title on March 26.
